Assistant General Manager


Osteria Nino, Burlington's go to for fine Italian cuisine, is looking to add a qualified Assistant General Manager to our team. We offer a very competitive package of health, dental & vision, matching 401k, discounts at our other restaurants, paid time off and sick pay.

Assistant General Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to running shifts, ensuring proper staffing levels, interacting with guests, seating patrons, running food, running cards and cash handling, ensuring reservations are properly blocked out, ensuring guest satisfaction and the safety of all staff and patrons, among many other responsibilities that crop up throughout the day.

To be successful in this role, you must be familiar with restaurant operations, have a good knowledge of food and beverage and have a good understanding of what makes for great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends, lunch shifts and holidays, you should have familiarity with POS systems and have some wine knowledge.  

Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive experience for our guests.

Floor Manager
